Horse friends

What a lovely week-end we had. On the first of May we went to the mountains in Ovindoli and had a nice day out with friends. The weather was fantastic and everything was green. We had a good meal at a trattoria and then we went out on a horse ride and Carlotta rode a small pony called Azzurra. Afterwards our friends invited us to their house in a small village called Luco dei Marsi and we stayed there and had an other nice meal and chatted till it was time to get back to Rome again. Lots of eating, laughing and fresh air - is there anything better than that?
